Zander Nelson, RN, ACE-CPT

Registered Nurse & Performance Coach

Clinical nursing, exercise and nutrition coaching, and patient accountability

Zander began his nursing career in the Emergency Department, where he cared for patients with a wide range of acute and complex medical conditions.

Alongside his nursing career, Zander has spent years coaching clients in evidence-based nutrition, strength training, and sustainable weight management. His passion for preventive medicine and long-term health led him to Voafit, where he combines clinical expertise with practical lifestyle coaching.

Growing up, Zander struggled with his own weight in a family that had little knowledge of nutrition or fitness. Through years of learning, he transformed his own health, developed a passion for strength training, and eventually competed in bodybuilding. That journey inspired him to help others achieve lasting results, and he has since coached many people through sustainable weight loss, muscle building, and healthier lifestyles. It has allowed him to connect with patients not only as a registered nurse, but as someone who understands firsthand the challenges of creating lifelong change.

Zander believes the best healthcare empowers patients to take control of their health through education, sustainable habits, and individualized care. His goal is to help every patient build lasting results that improve both their health and quality of life.

He spends his time in Texas with his wife and five pets.
